JC Lymington
JC Aucamp
JC's passion started back in his home country South-Africa in 1998 where he met Guy Kremer in 2002 on tour for L'Oreal. JC has joined the Guy Kremer team in 2003 and has become the colour director for Guy Kremer Salons after completing his L'Oreal colour degrees, a title held by only a few in the hairdressing industry.
JC travels on a regular basis doing shows and seminars all over the world. JC shares his colour passion and knowledge with others in the industry at L'Oreal.
He often does charity work for the Salon and works on events like 'Ladies Lunch Day' at Chewton Glen Hotel, Southampton Rose Bowl, Limewood Hotel and Lainston House.
The JC Lymington team is always seen at the L'Oreal Colour Trophy Semi-Finals with JC being a finalist in 2011. He often works with top fashion photographer Jamie Blanshard for his latest collection shoots. His work has been published in Hairdresser Journal, HAIR magazine and Estetica best of British hair.
Riley - Senior Stylist & Manager
Lymington is about to become my new home as my family and I make the move from Colorado, USA, to the beautiful Hampshire coast. I’m excited to bring my passion and experience to the heart of the High Street.
With over a decade in the hair industry, I’ve had the opportunity to wear many hats—working on fashion shows, editorial photo shoots, and being featured in magazine publications. But where I truly come alive is behind the chair, creating personalized styles with artistry, precision, and building real connections with my clients.
Alongside my work in the salon, I’ve also been a Brand Artist and Educator for professional haircare brand L’ANZA. That role took me across the U.S., teaching in salons and sharing the latest techniques and trends with fellow stylists.
Sadie - Senior Stylist & Colourist
Sadie has brought with her an unmatched expertise in creating the perfect balayage and artistically styled hair – whether you adore beach-waves or favour a smooth and sleek finish. Having been a qualified hairdresser for over 9 years, Sadie consistently strives to elevate her skills. She attends cutting-edge courses and always practices her newly acquired techniques during her free moments.
Moreover, she has collaborated with top hairstylists in the industry, receiving accolades for her unique approach. Clients often commend her meticulous attention to detail and her passion for delivering hairstyles that reflect individual personalities.
Khrystyna - Stylist & Colourist
I bring over 15 years of professional expertise in the field of hairdressing since my graduation from college. During my career, I have spent the last 2 years honing my skills at Jc Lymington, adding to my extensive knowledge.
My repertoire encompasses a comprehensive range of hairdressing services, including colouring, precision cutting, and hair treatments. My true specialization lies in precision cutting, which demands slightly longer appointments to ensure meticulous results.
As part of my commitment to offering the best service, I begin every client experience with a complimentary consultation. This allows me to address all your queries and concerns, thereby ensuring that I can provide you with a tailored and exceptional hairdressing service.
Binky - Senior Colourist & Stylist
I have been in the hairdressing industry for over fifteen years. During my career I have been lucky enough to work with some fantastic hairdressers.
I have a deep passion for hairdressing and fashion and have previously worked at both London and Paris fashion weeks as part of both L’Oréal, and TIGIs creative teams. In the salon I love to colour hair, from global applications to a free hand balayage.
I loose myself in hair up, from a sleek ponytail to bridal hair. I also love working with long hair and cutting short blunt bobs.
Ella - Stylist & Colourist

Hi I’m Ella! I’ve been hairdressing since I was 16 and qualified in 2022. However my journey started earlier than that at just 14 years old as a Saturday girl. I’ve loved every minute of it since.
I particularly love working with longer hair, creating colour transformations and soft seamless balayages, also bringing hair to life with bouncy curls and waves.
I’m always eager to learn! I love attending training courses and keeping up to date with the latest techniques and trends .
Yaz - Senior Stylist & Colourist
Hi, I’m Yaz! I’ve been a hairdresser for 17 years, and you could say it runs in my blood—I come from a family of hairdressers, so my passion for hair started at a young age.
I trained under Marc Young, which gave me a strong foundation in precision cutting, creative colour, and full hair transformations. I love bringing my clients’ hair goals to life, whether it’s a bold new colour, a fresh cut, or something completely different.
There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone walk out of the salon feeling confident and refreshed. Outside of work, I love traveling and being a mum—both keep me inspired and bring so much joy to my life. I’m excited to be part of the JC Lymington team and can’t wait to welcome you into my chair!
Bella - Stylist
Hi I’m Bella! I’m from New Zealand. I have been in the hair industry for over 6 years. I started my apprenticeship at 16 and have been fully qualified since 2023. I’ve had a passion for hair since I was a young girl. I am trained under Kevin Murphy giving me a well educated foundation of all aspects of hairdressing. I’m experienced in all types of hair, cuts and colours.
In 2022 I was a finalist and won Editorial Stylist of the Year in NZ. In 2024 I have traveled to style for Singapore Fashion Week and Vogue fashion show. I’ve also styled brides for their wedding and some fun photoshoots...so as you see, I love me some good hair styling!
I love connecting with all my clients and what a rewarding feeling it is to see them all leave my chair with a smile on their face and feeling beautiful!
