JC Aucamp

JC's passion started back in his home country South-Africa in 1998 where he met Guy Kremer in 2002 on tour for L'Oreal. JC has joined the Guy Kremer team in 2003 and has become the colour director for Guy Kremer Salons after completing his L'Oreal colour degrees, a title held by only a few in the hairdressing industry.

JC travels on a regular basis doing shows and seminars all over the world. JC shares his colour passion and knowledge with others in the industry at L'Oreal.

He often does charity work for the Salon and works on events like 'Ladies Lunch Day' at Chewton Glen Hotel, Southampton Rose Bowl, Limewood Hotel and Lainston House.

The JC Lymington team is always seen at the L'Oreal Colour Trophy Semi-Finals with JC being a finalist in 2011. He often works with top fashion photographer Jamie Blanshard for his latest collection shoots. His work has been published in Hairdresser Journal, HAIR magazine and Estetica best of British hair.

I have been qualified as a hairdresser for the last fourteen years. I have trained in various aspects of hairdressing, and I love every facet including cutting, colouring, balayage, gents hair, and hair up. My work consistently shows my deep passion for hair and fashion.

I always update my skills by attending courses. I have recently attended the L'oreal colour change, the Toni & Guy creative cutting, the Balayage workshop, and the Bridal hair up workshop. I always take pride in what I do and ensure my clients are satisfied.

I bring over 15 years of professional expertise in the field of hairdressing since my graduation from college. During my career, I have spent the last 11 months honing my skills at Jc Lymington, adding to my extensive knowledge.

My repertoire encompasses a comprehensive range of hairdressing services, including colouring, precision cutting, and hair treatments. My true specialization lies in precision cutting, which demands slightly longer appointments to ensure meticulous results.

As part of my commitment to offering the best service, I begin every client experience with a complimentary consultation. This allows me to address all your queries and concerns, thereby ensuring that I can provide you with a tailored and exceptional hairdressing service.

I have been in the hairdressing industry for over fifteen years. During my career I have been lucky enough to work with some fantastic hairdressers.

I have a deep passion for hairdressing and fashion and have previously worked at both London and Paris fashion weeks as part of both L’Oréal, and TIGIs creative teams. In the salon I love to colour hair, from global applications to a free hand balayage.

I loose myself in hair up, from a sleek ponytail to bridal hair. I also love working with long hair and cutting short blunt bobs.

I have been qualified as a a hairdresser for the last 2 years. I’ve been in the hair industry since the age of 14 starting my career as a Saturday girl at a previous salon.

I’m really pleased to join JC Lymington and pleased many of my clients have followed me My passion in the salon is hair extensions, I love seeing the change in hair length and thickness depending on the clients requirements.

I also love balayage and find it so rewarding. I’m always eager to further my knowledge by attending the latest training courses to keep up with the latest colour and styling trends.
